held the presidency of the parliament, on Monday, its 35th under the chairmanship of Salim al - Jubouri , and the presence of 167 deputies, while the parliamentary source said that the meeting will vote on three bills and discussion of several reports. 

The source said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the House of Representatives held today, its regular 35 headed by Salim al - Jubouri , " noting that " the meeting will vote on the draft organization of work of the consultants Law and Reform Project inmates and depositors law, and the first draft amendment to the law of the amnesty law No. (27) for the year 2016 ".

Twilight News / House of Representatives held its regular meeting on Monday under the chairmanship of Salim al-Jubouri, and in the presence of 176 members of the various parliamentary blocs.

A parliamentary source told Twilight News, that the Council voted by a majority of the audience on a draft law regulating the work of advisers materials.

It includes today's session on the agenda of the vote on the draft law regulating the work of advisers, and the vote on the draft repair inmates and depositors law, and vote on the first draft amendment to the Law of General Amnesty Law No. (27) for the year 2016.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Council voted on the draft law on the organization of the work of the advisers, submitted by the Legal Committee for the purpose of organizing the work of the advisers to the presidency of the Weaeash House of Representatives, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, ministries and in the Ministry and define the conditions for their appointment, the definition of their work and the nature of the tasks assigned to them, to increase the level of performance in the work, to avoid overlap between the advisory work and the operational work and to resolve the file of the appointed counsel.

The deputy, Najib Najib, drew attention to the need to hold workshops with stakeholders in order to tayidha the bill, reflecting the lack of abolition of county councils and areas.
The attorney Ammar said that there was a need to put in place stringent mechanisms and controls for the selection of candidates in the provincial councils, with higher educational attainment from preparatory to college for District and district candidates.
Deputy Abbas Al Bayati called for a speedy vote on the bill with the proximity of electoral benefits to the provincial, district and subdistrict councils, suggesting that Alakdet and district councils be formed by provincial councils rather than elections.
According to Deputy Hassan Turan, the aim of the bill was to reduce the government's powers to local governments, which was contrary to the Constitution in promoting decentralization, and stressed the rejection of the autonomy of some local governments.
The Vice-Chair suggested that the appointment of security leaders should not be subject to provincial councils to avoid any pressure on their functioning.
In its response to the interventions, the Committee confirmed the consideration of the views and proposals of the women and the deputies, stressing that the Commission was in the process of developing disciplines and standards for the development of aspects, striking a difference between disengagement and devolution.

The Council discussed the issue of the return of the martyrs to non-combat units on the basis of a request by Deputy Ali Almarshadi.
The Vice-Almarshadi referred to the importance of paying attention to families who lose more than a martyr or a disabled and have a brother, one or more of the same family in the battle breaker against ISIL, calling for a decision to return the martyrs of brothers and Sons to non-combat units to preserve the families of martyrs through the presence of a legitimate breadwinner responsible for
their care.
A decision was made by the Deputy Almarshadi, which included the recommendation of the House of Representatives to the competent authorities that the children of families providing a martyr or more should be re-established and for the purpose of supporting his family to non-combat units. In the interest of the lmaikdmh of the armed forces in order to make the evil of ISIS gangs a sacrifice for the security and Defence Committee to coordinate with security actors to implement the resolution.
In the interventions, Deputy Mohammed Naji confirmed the existence of families who had presented a martyr or more requiring the return of their children to the rear lines.
The Deputy high nassief indicated that there was very great suffering among the martyrs ' families, which required the subsidy of this tranche through the follow-up of its implementation by the security authorities.
Vice-Khiar Samurai said that the origin of the legislation came to honor the families of the martyrs and not to preserve the lives of lanmetlk, because they were in the hands of God.
In response to the interventions, the Deputy Minister stressed the importance of issuing the resolution in order to honour the families of the martyrs.
President Al Jabouri also submitted a draft resolution after taking the opinion of the Legal Committee and inserting it at a later meeting.
It is then decided to adjourn the meeting until next Tuesday 23/5/2017.

Sooo.....started with 167 in attendance and sky-rocketed to 176 (by a later report). Followed up last weeks URGENT announcement that TODAY is DEADline on the election commission decisions. Postponed. Amnesty Law amendment. Postponed. Did not see that Jabouri followed up on his statement he would read names of all those who have exceeded absence limits for parliament. To what purpose I don't know. They don't enforce anything really. Then adjourn for another week. Two days in a row...really too much work to handle. They should have adjourned on May 1st and burned the money that would be paid members this month. At least there would have been some heat and smoke. Not that stench that is Parliament.

Oooooh boy, 10 Years Later. Back for session #36 on Tuesday the 23rd. What adventures await??? I predicted in April, when they extended the session through May, they would optimistically get in 9 or 10 session (this would be #6) and accomplish nothing but wasted air. Tracking like a rocket !! ;)
