I beg to differ DT. I was in Iraq and there is plenty of Intelligent people their, but the last political structure left them with there mouths shut because Saddam only wanted to Control people and those with Intelligence can and would be a threat so in most cases trumped up charges were made and.............. Well I am sure you get the gist of it
