But those folks don't use logic. They all hate and distrust one another. A year ago we heard they were going to fill the Cabinet posts, still not done. We've heard about the HCL many, many times. Nothing yet. They can't even get a full GOI to attend, even though they were elected and get paid. Look how easy ISIS marched in and took over 40% of their country.
