Thanks Yota...This is very supportive of a country that is about to become international...It mentions several times where Iraq wants to compete with other major countries...It just may be me, but wouldn't Iraq have to have something up their sleeve in regards to their currency...Iraq can't play internationally if they are not Article VII compliant...also Iraq can't complete with other "major" International countries at the rate of their currency...I might be reading more into this article than there is...but I can definitely read some of the writing on the wall...and "It's ALL-GOOD"...
