almost afraid too  get  really excited over  these  past few days  news ,  ------ the central bank is now at  4 th  place in all arab banks ,  as in performance, and holdings ...  internationally traded and offered dinars ,  the grand holy man - ayatollah  ,  says   no to the light touching the  1000  too 1  dinar value  ( hoping the meaning is   .ooo86  is  .86 )  and now  this article   e-commerce dealing with  the credit cards  which all Iraqi are suppose to have  by now , or  really close to have in their possession !

It does sound extremely positive.  Lets hope for a Happy ending.
