It described the Coordinator of the UN Mission for Humanitarian Affairs in Iraq, Lisa Grande, community reconciliation experience in Iraq as "unique".

Thanks Yota...After the official announcement of the liberation of Mosul, the "can" has to be stopped from being kicked down the road...Iraq will be at a crossroad where their economy will be at risk...Iraq needs an international currency to stem growth by giving the dinar purchasing power...One of the most important consequences of purchasing power will be employment for the citizens to focus their attention toward development...Iraq has to put the horse before the cart...the power of the dinar, in my opinion, will be the horse that will pull Iraq back into the international lime-light....jmho
