Pretty soon they are going to run out of "fluff" to discuss and banter about. It would be a busy month of May if they were to meet maybe 10 times. They're more concerned with laws governing soccer stadiums and nightclub security. And just getting to Ramadan and another 5 week break. Chances are they will stay in session, hoping Mosul will be cleared in May when they can make all kinds of proclamations about the great job they did as a governing body. Then it will be a stampede of camels so they can get out of town. In My Opinion (and Hope) we will have cashed out and be long gone before they ever get to HCL.
