Economy News Baghdad:
Called on the Vice-President of the Republic, Iyad Allawi, on Saturday, to build a solid economy depends on investment and the private sector and the market economy.
Allawi said in his speech, the scientific conference the first annual Association of Iraqi economists, that "it is necessary to build a solid economy depends on investment promotion, as well as the market economy, the private sector", praising "the efforts of the Iraqi Economists Association and presented by the scientific and economic elites have contributed to the development of economic concepts and raise the profile of the Iraqi economy through different stages. "
He added that "the private sector serves the integrity of Iraq," calling "to find real treatments for corruption and to hold accountable those who support it."
