Trump’s ENTIRE Wall Just Got Paid For By ONE Person & You Won’t Believe Who!

The fight over who will foot the $14 million to fund Trump’s U.S.-Mexico border wall is no longer an issue after one person could be forced to pony up the bill for it under the most ironic of circumstances. News is breaking right now from one of the most outspoken advocates of the border wall outside of President Donald Trump, who just dropped a bomb to solve the funding problem with one simple solution.

The money for the wall is already in America’s possession, we just need to get permission to use it now and the one who it belongs to has no say in the matter. You could call Senator Ted Cruz the best problem-solver with devising the perfect solution to get moving on one of Trump’s biggest and most important campaign promises.

Breitbart reports:

“Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) introduced a bill calling for the use of $14 billion seized from cartel drug lord Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman to be used to pay for the President’s border wall between the U.S. and Mexico.”

It makes perfect sense since one of the world’s largest drug cartel leaders benefitted by the billions in an open border. Now that he’s in custody, it’s only fair that the “blood money” in holding go to good use against Chapo’s cause and Cruz is a genius for proposing this idea.

“Fourteen billion dollars will go a long way toward building a wall that will keep Americans safe and hinder the illegal flow of drugs, weapons, and individuals across our southern border,” Senator Cruz said, as was reported by Breitbart Texas who received a statement from the senator’s office on the matter. “Ensuring the safety and security of Texans is one of my top priorities.”

The entire objective of the border wall is to dramatically slow the flow of drugs and crime into America through avenues established by El Chapo. His forfeited drug money fortune will “offset the wall’s cost and make meaningful progress toward achieving President Trump’s stated border security objectives,” Cruz’s statement continued.

The bill, appropriately dubbed the Ensuring Lawful Collection of Hidden Assets to Provide Order (EL CHAPO), was introduced by Cruz on Tuesday and with any luck will get a lot of conservative support. Of course, liberals are greatly against the idea of a wall, preaching for breaking down walls of communication rather than building them. This Utopian idea can’t and won’t work as El Chapo proves with his billions of dollars and thousands of lives lost to his enterprise.

“The U.S. Government is currently seeking the criminal forfeiture of more than $14 billion in drug proceeds and illicit profits from El Chapo, the former leader of the Sinaloa drug cartel who was recently extradited to the U.S. to face criminal prosecution for numerous alleged drug-related crimes, including conspiracy to commit murder and money laundering,” Cruz stated, Breitbart reports.

Breitbart Texas’ Ildefonso Ortiz reports that “As part of the agreement with Mexico, Guzman will not face the death penalty in the U.S. for his crimes.” This makes the money usage even better since he has to live holed up in a jail cell for the rest of his life and know what all of his money is being siphoned into. Just because the kingpin is out, doesn’t mean that his cartel network is, which is still in operation breaching our border. It couldn’t be better than to make their boss pay for the wall that’s needed because of him and shut the whole drug and crime funnel down for good.

Ensuring Lawful Collection of Hidden Assets to Provide Order (EL CHAPO)

They GOTTA have an app for these acronym names.

Freaking love it.

Except, all that does is validate civil forfeiture when they do it to Americans.

Which wouldn't be an issue, as long as they could ONLY hold CONVICTED people's money.

Unfortunately, too many states abuse the forfeiture statutes to steal money, never charging anyone with anything, and making it impossible for unlucky travelers targeted for their out of state license plates to ever get their hard earned and lawfully owned currency back.

oops, didn't mean to pee on the parade, yeah Cruz...

That is actually a great idea. First he must be found guilty. I think that's given. Second and this is the hard part. They have to find his assets. I would guess he would have them hidden pretty well. Drug Cartels usually have good accountants.

B/A

It's a little unclear, but it seems they may already have the money, B/A... and they are seeking the legal forfeiture... then the appropriation.

That's the problem with current laws, the "authorities" can take anything, with no evidence whatsoever.

It is already well known travelers need to stay away from a few states who have their troopers actively target all out of state plates.

There are multiple videos of people getting pulled over, and the trooper demanding to know how much cash they were carrying, then taking every penny if they had more than $1,000.

It started out at a 10k threshold, and they actually had to show "probable cause", but after the "blue" states discovered how much "free money" was available, just for the taking, department policies suddenly began to evolve, to the oppressors advantage, of course.

Here's just a couple articles:

I am an avid MC rider, racer.

I have multiple friends that ride pro, and spend summers traveling the nation working one series or another, from moto GP flat track, to stadium, to road race.

Only one is an independent, all the rest are full pro factory sponsor, and every single team has experienced a "shakedown", mostly in the east, but Nevada and other central are starting to take advantage.

Everyone has a nearly empty safe to be found, with the rest of their emergency funds safely stashed away.

The "bluer" the state, the more aggressive their violations against the population.

As for el chappo, yes, the US already has billions of his drug money, including assets.

I have heard firsthand of many shakedowns, whether just a few hundred to a few thousand, especially in the small town areas and rural areas of the Southeast... Georgia, in particular.  It's common practice now for travelers to stash "survival" money somewhere it can't easily be found.

Happened to my seven moth pregnant sister way back in the day...she was heading home from Tulsa to Dallas after spending the weekend with us and they pulled her over...took the seats out of her car yes UNBOLTED the seats emptied her car COMPLETELY and left her in the rain on the side of the road. (she did not have a cell phone....she managed to put the driver seat back and drove home with an unbolted seat wiggling around)

Years later they were shut down..yup the whole towns police department was shut down due to this very thing
