These people are really something else - in a class ALL by themselves. Sadly they don't even care. Moreover, they look selfish, hapless and inept to the entire World. I think if it weren't for Abadi & his bunch of go getters pushing all the time,  an IQD RV would be STILL years away. 

It's astonishing to me with SO much at stake [ the release from Ch.7 within 2 months, and the clock is ticking down ] the attitude is still, let's keep kicking the can down the road and concoct another feeble excuse as to why it didn't get done. 

It won't be long now before we see if these people are wearing their Big Boy Trousers, or are they still comfy in their Huggies.

It sounds a lot like our government really in many ways. A few really care, the rest just are in it for the money and prestige alone.
