President of the Republic ratifies the Law of the Fourth Amendment to the Law of the Journalists' Syndicate

 

 

 

Sadek President Fuad Masum, on Monday, the legal Fourth Amendment to the Law of the Journalists ' Syndicate, and the second amendment to the Law of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce. 

The Presidency of the Republic, it is 'based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article 73 of the Constitution, ratified the President of the Republic on the Fourth Amendment to the Law of the Law of the Journalists ' Syndicate No. (178) for the year 1969 average for the year 2017 '. 

She added the presidency, that 'based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and section III of Article 73 of the Constitution, also ratified infallible on the Second Amendment to the Law of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce Law'. 

The House voted on Monday (February 17, 2017) on the proposal of the Fourth Amendment to the law of the Journalists Syndicate in 1969.

04/04/2017 0:00     Baghdad / Sabah    Sadik President Fuad Masum , the three laws ,including the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate Law, while discussed with the Second Deputy Secretary-General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan , Barham Ahmed Saleh , the security situation and political developments in Iraq and the region Krdstan.oovadt presidential statements received «morning», that infallible «ratified the second amendment to the Law of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce Law, based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and section III of Article 73 of the Constitution».  President of the Republic also ratified the «Fourth Amendment to the Law of the Law of the Journalists ' Syndicate No. 178 of 1969 , as amended in 2017, based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and section III of Article 73 of the Constitution», pointing to it also endorsed the «protection of witnesses, experts and informants and victims law, based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and section III of Article 73 of the Constitution».  On the other hand, search the president, Saleh has received « the security situation and political developments in Iraq and the Kurdistan region».  The two sides, according to the presidential statement «importance to rely on the understanding and giving priority to the language of dialogue as a general framework to resolve all the problems facing the consolidation of civil peace and the establishment of security», stressing the «need to focus on the war on terrorism , especially now under way in the city of Mosul against al Daesh military operations». the two sides pointed to « the need to invest the victories achieved by the armed forces in all its formations in support of efforts to promote stability in the country».
