Al-Hilali told Mawazine News that al-Jubouri is responsible for not submitting laws in coordination with the parliamentary committees. "This led to the absence of an agreement between the committees and the parliament presidency on the laws," Hilali told Mawazine News.

The head of the National Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, called earlier, the House of Representatives to exercise its legislative role and the adoption of the laws inactivated, while considered that the adoption of the principle basket one by passing these laws to ensure the legislation.
