Abadi not interested in ending IMIS role in Iraq - Analyst

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi is not interested in ending Iranian Militia in Iraq and Syria (IMIS) suspicious role in Iraq as they are part of his regime, an Iraqi political analyst said on Wednesday.

In an interview with al-Rafidain TV, Nizar al-Samarai said that Abadi has the ability to eradicate IMIS from Iraq but has no desire to do this as he consider them as a punishment tool that he could use against his rivals.

Terrorist IMIS has more military capabilities than Iraqi army itself especially that they have different kinds of arms involving heavy weapons, al-Samarai explained.

The Iranian-backed IMIS is coordinating with the Iraqi army on the quite to enter the ISIS-free areas under the pretense of helping the Iraqi army in liberating ISIS-controlled areas.

This last article could be a piece of misinformation or Abadi is providing a cover for what is about to happen. The section, "Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi is not interested in ending Iranian Militia in Iraq and Syria (IMIS) suspicious role in Iraq as they are part of his regime, an Iraqi political analyst said on Wednesday.

In an interview with al-Rafidain TV, Nizar al-Samarai said that Abadi has the ability to eradicate IMIS from Iraq but has no desire to do this as he consider them as a punishment tool that he could use against his rivals." is bizarre at best. Now if Nuri al-Maliki was substituted for Abadi, I could fully believe it.

I suspect this opinion piece is a Maliki driven piece and does not in any way reflect Abadi's actual views. This may be a desperate attempt by the miscreants to deceive the Iraqis. i suspect, though, the Iraqis know better.

Hey, I'm pretty sure all these IMIS and likewise miscreants are in the gun sights now. SURPRISE - YOU'RE ALL DEAD MEAT ALREADY!!! Yep. DJT, Mattis, and like minded folks are in the implementation stages, if only for establishing logistical elements, now. HERE COME THE B-52s SO YOU BETTER DUCK AND COVER!!! SORRY (NOT REALLY) DUCK AND COVER AIN'T GOING TO HELP YOU!!!

May be the dying gasps of Maliki and associates' power. Can't be eradicated soon enough.

Go Moola Nova!

Iraqi militia group says it will target US troops after it defeats ISIS

21/03/2017

Kataib_Hezbollah_in_Iraq-696x392.png

BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:16 A.M.) – Jafar al-Hosseini, a spokesman and senior commander of Iraq’s Kata’ib Hezbollah militia group, has said that it will target US forces after ISIS are defeated if they do not leave Iraq.

“If the US forces refrain from leaving the Iraqi territories after annihilation of the ISIL terrorist group, the Islamic resistance of Iraq will target them,” al-Hosseini told the Islamic republic news agency on Tuesday.

He then went onto highlight how the US has protected and supported ISIS.

His remarks came after a senior Popular Mobilization Units commander disclosed that the US troops have helped ISIS chief commander Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi escape the western part of the city of Mosul in Northern Iraq, Fars News reported.

“The US forces have paved the way for ISIL [ISIS] leader (Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi) to flee from Western Mosul to al-Qayravan region,” the Arabic-language al-Sumeria TV quoted Javad al-Tayebavi as saying earlier this month.

“Our intelligence unit has confirmed that al-Baghdadi is moving between al-Qayravan and al-Hazar region in Southern Mosul,” he added.

Meanwhile, Kata’ib Hezbollah created a unit with the aim of liberating the occupied Golan Heights from Israel and return its sovereignty back to Syria, as reported by Al-Masdar News.

“After recent victories (in Syria), we have established the Golan Liberation Brigade,” al-Moussavi, the Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba movement’s spokesman, said at a press conference, as quoted by the Tasnim News Agency.

He added that “if the Syrian government requests, we are ready to take actions to liberate Golan.”

Iraqi forces launch powerful offensive against ISIS in new Mosul districts

22/03/2017

1-77-696x696.jpg

BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:46 A.M.) – Earlier today, Iraqi forces have launched a powerful assault against ISIS new areas of western Mosul that they have not entered since 2014.

The focus of this new offensive is on the Rajm Al-Hadid and Wadi Al-‘Ain districts.

This comes as a Pentagon press operations director, Navy Captain Jeff Davis, announced that Iraqi forces are rapidly advancing towards the Iron Bride near the old city of Mosul where battles with ISIS are intensifying, as reported earlier today by Al-Masdar News.

He then went onto explain the difficulty of new advances in western Mosul by stating: “Clearly ISIS has had a lot of time to dig in and place house-borne [homemade bombs], sniper positions, tunnels and other things they can do to make this very challenging.”

Iraqi forces advance against ISIS in Mosul in a bid to capture the Iron Bridge

22/03/2017

Iraqi-forces-in-Mosul-696x426.jpg

BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:21 A.M.) – A Pentagon press operations director, Navy Captain Jeff Davis, announced that Iraqi forces are rapidly advancing towards the Iron Bride near the old city of Mosul where battles with ISIS are intensifying.

“Their line of advance is a little like a triangle,” the spokesman said.

“They’re pointed right at the bridge,” he revealed.

“Clearly ISIS has had a lot of time to dig in and place house-borne [homemade bombs], sniper positions, tunnels and other things they can do to make this very challenging,” he continued.

“Enemy resistance remains very fierce in the narrow streets of the old part of this city,” he added.

The capture of the Iron Bridge would mean that Iraqi forces would have control over three out of five bridges that cross over the Tigris River which divides Mosul into its eastern and western sections.
