High central bank sales today to $ 165 million

[Oan- Baghdad] 
recorded sales of the Iraqi Central Bank, on Thursday, a rise in the auction for the sale of foreign currency to sell $ 165 million, having sold 164 million yesterday.

According to a statement of the bank, the agency received all of Iraq [where] a copy of " The size of the amount sold today reached 165 million, 315 thousand, and $ 763, priced at 1182 dinars exchange rate against the dollar, and with the participation of 34 banks and 11 financial transfer company." 
He pointed out that " the amount of remittances and credits amounted to 127 million, 89 thousand and $ 277, while the quantity sold was $ 37 million in cash and 570 thousand dollars." 
The statement said that " the amounts transferred to the accounts of banks selling abroad is priced at 1190 dinars per dollar, and the cash sales price shall be the price of 1190 dinars per dollar."

I hearby see a rate change in the hidden in that chart somewhere of $1.18 to $1.....well, at least that's what I see if they can swing over the decimal point to the left three places anyways.....hoping..
