Biden looking with Talabani efforts to form a new Iraqi government

BAGHDAD (Babuz): Consideration of ex-Iraqi president Jalal Talabani and his Vice President Joseph Biden on Monday efforts to form the next Iraqi government. In a statement issued today by the office of Abdul Hadi said the two sides stressed the need to "respect the constitutional times and accelerate the formation of a government of national partnership, which includes all the political parties."
