I have had many heated disagreements with family members and said and been called much worse things than are allowed to be posted here, but if push came to shove those disagreement s would be forgotten and we know we would have each other’s back. Several of us can get passionate discussing the issues and/or our principles, but I do not believe this constitutes lack of respect. While Shabs and I agree only occasionally, I do not hold a grudge against him when he is wrong, and I do not believe he holds a grudge against me when he incorrectly thinks I’m wrong . We may go back and forth in heated tones, but as the end of the thread shows, we’re are only a joke away from showing all is well. As for searching out people in order to buy them a drink, if I ever travel to the Buckeye state I will make the offer to buy him a BV, regardless of the RV status. It’s one thing to back and forth on the site, but there is something to be said for a good old fashion handshake. I would say the same thing for those fellow DVer’s in New Jersey, Bakersfield, Seattle, Houston, and many other towns across the country, and if I ever make it to Italy you can be sure I will be buying Umbertino the beverage of his choice. I will go so far as to make a standing offer that if anyone is ever in the KC area, let me know and the first round is on me. Matter of fact, I may be in Memphis this May and if so I will make the same offer to BA if I end up making the trip. I only hope BA likes something better than BV, my brother calls me a bourbon snob so buying BV just won’t feel right. I would welcome you to my lodge anytime, RV ME. If I have to be wrong, which hasn't happened in months, I can live with the fact that it's you who's besting me. Now, here's the low down on my swill of choice. Black Velvet is a vile, single barrel burner that first struck my fancy in my underage years, when gas station pay and couch change was hard to come by. But, just like an ugly dog, it grows on you. Plus it reminds me of my past and its hard to toss those memories on the scrap heap, much like DM's four door Bronco. Not to mention it still burns like hell going down, which keeps me in line. Cheers. Side note: I've only ever posted on DV once after partaking of BV......it wasn't pretty, much worse than usual. GO RV, then BV

GO RV, then BV I started with Mr’s Beam & Daniels, but pretty much do not touch either anymore. Moved to Crown for a while, even had a friend of mine’s mom sew me a shirt from the purple bags I had collected. I have since fixed on a sweet small batch called Kentucky Vintage. So I’ll raise a KV toast to your BV and we can reminisce on old times when we thought we were even smarter than we are now

Took the shell of and had ragtop. Built the 350, only went xtra 300k lift on cam to keep sorta reliable, headmans, 5" stack on double holly 650's, B&M quicksilver NHRA floor shifter on tricked out turbo 400 and 2k stall with kit. Polished, ported, solid gears, the 4.11's were too short so went 3.29's. Could do wheelies, or, could snap drive shafts, or explode u joints , and once, broke tranny in half. Broke it in half doing 60 and downshifted to smoke a shelby. Was still bolted to block, but just past bell kicked at 45° and sucked the drive shaft out of the 3rd member. Broke the tranny housing apart all but about 4" of one side. The rod shop would give me 5 replacements for every starter, kept breaking them in half. Went through two sets of 44's a year. My 1st mudder. *sigh*
George Hayduke
Very Nice - I blew the bell housing off my 57 Fairlane when I was a kid after thinking I was Don Garlitts and tried a cold start through the lights at Lions - the u-joint on the diff failed, lifted the car up what seemed to be 3 or 4 feet and bye-bye bell housing. This is my baby now - it won't do any wheelies but it can't be stopped either.

Dont know why its acting funny. This is the Centurion. Had a 27' cruiser, 'ol blue could launch or dock almost anywhere, didn't need a concrete ramp. Sold the boat, thinking of makingthe truck into a scuba special. Picked up a scuba compressor goes to 3200 lbs. Can build a folding rack for drying gear, and put a couple cascade 500 sq ft tanks, then just add RV basics. She's my battle tank. If everything went south I wouldn't even bother with the brake, would just push everyone out of my way...lol 7 minutes ago, divemaster5734 said:

Nice, rgw ciecle is complete.. The tires on the truck are 4' tall. It is just over 11' tall. The boat behind it is a 27' cruiser on triple axle trailer, biggest legal tow without an escort and transport permit required. Which puts the driver's head about 10' off the ground. Is a great view from up there... especially when your next to a hottie in a centurian car.... God bless skirts..... need to put a dang powered folding ladder on it to climb in though, and forget about city driving, hard to tell the difference between a speed bump and a prius...lol Edited March 11, 2017 by divemaster5734

coorslite21
I haven't read this entire thread..... I doubt Obama physically tapped Trump by himself, or even used his US sources. We do know it is well documented while he was in office The US monitored friends and foes.....Merkels cell phone causing the biggest flap.... Here is some perhaps damning info on what Trump was suggesting on a wire tap. His Buddy in England......now gone because of the Brexit fiasco would be a likely accomplice... WND VIDEO CLAIM: '3 INTELLIGENCE SOURCES' SAY OBAMA USED BRITS TO SPY ON TRUMP Judge Napolitano: 'There's no American fingerprints on this' Published: 18 hours ago 979 Former President Obama used the British to spy on President Trump – both as a presidential candidate and as president-elect – to avoid having American “fingerprints” on the scandal, according to Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano. He says three intelligence sources have confirmed the bombshell revelations. Napolitano explained that statues allow the president to surveil anyone in the U.S. without suspicion, probable cause or a warrant, but doing so would leave a trail of evidence. Instead, he said, Obama deliberately chose to use Government Communications Headquarters, or GCHQ, the British spying agency with “24-7 access to the NSA database.” He told “Fox & Friends” Tuesday: Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice… He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database. So by simply having two people go to them and say ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving President-elect Trump,’ [Obama’s] able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this. Napolitano claimed the GCHQ was approached on behalf of Obama. He said the unnamed man who ordered the surveillance quit his job in January. “President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving President-elect Trump, he’s able to get it,” Napolitano said. “What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Donald Trump was inaugurated.” Watch Napolitano’s comments: On Monday, the Justice Department requested more time to collect evidence on Obama’s alleged wiretaps of phones at Trump Tower. The House Intelligence Committee is giving the DOJ until March 20. Shabibilicious
Just found this story.
