Al-Bayati said, that the project could constitute a qualitative leap to the reconstruction of Iraq and contribute to the elimination of unemployment by providing employment opportunities, stressing the need for the Iraqi government and local governments contribute to the preservation of creating a safe environment for the company, and to facilitate the complex administrative procedures, as the House of Representatives that It contributes to rapid approval of oil and gas law and other economic Guanyin of how Iraq can contract and to ensure that oil-producing provinces rights.
