Allaibi said that the ministry is keen to re - Hikalh this company job in order to develop their work by building and owning a large fleet and modern oil tankers in the process of transportation and marketing of oil to all parts of the world as well as the rehabilitation of technical, engineering and administrative staffs and her husband training sessions and advanced workshops in the field of work and allocated in accordance with the standards global sober. 
The minister continued , "that he had instructed the officials of the ministry and the company developed to ensure the plans that accelerate the achievement of our aspirations and our goals upgrading the work of this company into the ranks of international companies and make a quantum leap in performance to be a tributary of economically important and the company productive and legitimate low profits achieve fiscal revenue for Iraq."

There is another possibility for this. That being everyone now has some dinar and they understand that Iraq must RV/RI but that Iraq won't or can't do so with the low price of oil. So let's get everyone together to cut production and then after the price of oil goes up Iraq will be granted the right to produce more oil than others so as to show appreciation for the RV/RI which would have happened in the middle of this process. That could be the reason that Iraq will need more oil tankers.

Thanks Yota...Iraq can't pay for these tankers in dollars inside of Iraq, without going international...And I don't think Iraq would go international, and be able to pay for these tankers, without increasing the worth of the dinar...I aint saying Iraq is letting the cat out of the bag...but they're damn sure letting the claws show through...jmho

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Oil Minister Ali Jabbar Luaibi said that Iraq plans to own a large fleet of oil tankers to transport Iraqi crude to world markets.

High volume of Iraq's reserves to 153 billion barrels

 

 

 

Oil Minister Ali Jabbar Hussein Allaibi, on Sunday, for the high volume of Iraq 's reserves to 153 billion barrels, while noting that Iraq will ask OPEC to adopt that. 

Allaibi said that 'exploratory activities and reservoir in (7) oil fields in central and southern Iraq have contributed to add the amount of 10 billion barrels of oil reserves', noting that' that led to the reserves rise to 153 billion barrels after it was (143) billion barrels'. 

He Allaibi that 'Iraq will ask OPEC to adopt it', expecting 'high volume of oil reserves of Iraq in the coming years thanks to the adoption of the ministry's plans and ambitious programs aimed at the intensification of exploration activities and the reservoir.'

Iraq's oil reserves have increased to 153 billion barrels, from a previous estimate of 143 billion barrels, Oil Minister Jabal al-Luaibi said on Sunday.

Iraq will ask the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries to adopt the new figure as the official estimate for its reserves, he said in a statement.

The increased estimate is the result of appraisals and exploration carried out at seven oil fields in central and southern Iraq, he said.

Twilight News / oil exploration company announced on Wednesday for the first test of the success of the exploratory wells (Laredo 1) in southern Iraq.

The general director of the OEC Engineer Karim Hattab said in a statement responded to the Twilight News, the tests are carried out by a consortium of "Russian Lukoil and Inpex of Japan" has resulted in a huge stockpile of the discovery of oil in the reservoir, "Musharraf" and get the flow of oil over (rate 1000) cubic meters per day, which confirms previous geological studies.
