First: Introducing an initiative to open an international fund to support reconstruction campaigns in all affected areas inside Iraq, which would not be limited to liberated areas.

Second: A more urgent delivery of essential aid and the provision of immediate relief for those affected in disaster areas by the Iraqi army.

Third: There is a need to form an international compartment in coordination with the government and parliamentary authorities to take into consideration human rights and the rights of minorities in an effort to end violations committed on the basis of sectarian and ethnic conflict.

Fourth: There is a need for the formation of an Iraqi relief committee in collaboration with humanitarian agencies, including the Red Crescent and others, to transport relief to areas where people are in great need.

At the end of WWII a trail was held and those who committed crimes during the war had a very rude awaking to their futures. This trail set the new world standard and when this all ends in the middle east I hope then a new a stage will be set up again to hold very public trials and then very public hangings for all those found guilty. For just like in WWII those who think they are above justice eventually wish they had respected it and not dismissed it. Every now and then the world needs a reminder that all evil is eventually conquered and that justice does prevail for the victims. The terrorist of today will be just footnotes in tomorrows history books just like the terrorists of WWII are almost all but forgotten in today's books.

Various parliamentary blocs are expected to face a draft election law that promised the presidency substantial modifications due to the size of the contentious items contained.

" 
And distributes half of the remaining seats "on the menus according to the total number of votes obtained by each list, in a single constituency according to the system (St. Leko 1.5 to 3 - 5-7 average - 9 - etc.), so as to rearrange the sequence of candidates based on the number the votes obtained by each of them, and be the first winner who gets the highest number of votes, and so on for the rest of the candidates. " 
In turn confirms MP Hassan Turan, a member of the legal committee, said that "all the paragraphs of a draft parliamentary election law subject to review and adjustment , " pointing to "the existence of divisions between all the parliamentary blocs on the provisions of the law and its implications." 
Tauran said the parliamentarian, told the (range), " The presidency of the republic did not discuss the draft of this law content with the political blocs and the legal committee in the House of Representatives in order to avoid all the problems and reservations made by these parties." He denied the existence of the Turkmen deputy electoral system that is acceptable to all parties and blocs.

Maliki threatens to destabilize Iraq if elections postponed

State of Law Coalition leader Nouri al-Maliki has threatened to destabilize Iraq and put the country in front of difficult choices if the next elections were postponed with the aim of achieving more political gains.
 

Post-ISIS era requires the re-arrangement of Iraq's priorities according to a national plan that protects Iraqis rights, al-Maliki said in a press statement, pointing that a political majority is the only plan that will help Iraq get rid of quotas' system and achieve a national consensus.
 

He asserted that a political majority will not be monopolized by sectarian groups, but it will be a political majority for every Iraqi who wants to participate in the government, noting that a majority government would contribute to working out a national consensus about principles based on the Iraqi constitution.

Maliki is blamed for ISIS's control over Mosul city and its spread in other parts of Iraq when the Iraqi troops withdrew from the city after ISIS militants stormed it during massive battles to capture the city in June 2014.


He along with other senior Iraqi officials are also involved in several corruption charges and have been faced with charges of squandering trillions of dollars from the Iraqi's funds.
