The Russian president's envoy is expected to hold talks with Iraqi officials on the latest security and military developments in Iraq as well as the war waged by the Iraqi army against the terrorist group of ISIS or Daesh. Iraq is keen to boost ties with Russia to serve the common interests of the two peoples, the statement added. "Iraq's war on terrorism entered its last phase.
