Iraq re-launch an international tender for the purchase of 50 thousand tons of wheat

 

 

 

Traders said on Monday that Iraq 's re - launch an international tender for the purchase of at least 50 thousand tons of wheat, to support the ration card items. 

Traders said that the tender will close on February 26 and that this offers should remain valid until the second of March.

The traders said on Thursday that Iraq did not buy any quantity of wheat in the previous tender for the supply of 50 thousand tons of wheat and is expected to launch a new tender.

Are they gonna buy it with a rate of 1182  ???? This is crazy  . If they keep buying and signing contracts with different suppliers at this rate they will deplete their reserves !!!!! would someone explain that please .

Oil for food program,. They can offset the difference from wheat price by oil prices ...

Oh I see .Thanks and what about rebuilding the country (infrastructure, factories...etc are they gonna offset the difference from oil price too ?

I'm guessing here but I think they use foreign currency.
