It revealed US documents on the status of Washington's plan to divide Iraq for three and Kurdish, Shiite and Sunni states as well as the scheme to divide Syria to entities within the framework of creative chaos and alleged revolutions.

Tunisia Sunrise:
US Time magazine in an extended report of eight pages and revealed details of a plan to divide Iraq into three states, one of them in the north of Kurdistan, and the second year along Syria, while the third Vlheiah, and its place in the south of Iraq and includes large areas and carry cover a large headline " end of Iraq. "
The magazine published detailed maps showing the distribution of Kurdish areas, Sunnis and Shiites, Baghdad promised among Sunni state in the proportion of the year in the capital , 30 percent , according to US reports, either Kirkuk was inside a Kurdish state, but on the line of contact with the state of the year, the report argues. And Time magazine that expresses most often, the views of the US administration, spoke in its report on the annexation of the Kurdish areas of Syria to a Kurdish state in addition to the inclusion of some Sunni areas of Syria to the Sunni state. Because of Iraqi anger wide public from the US Alkongrs project to divide Iraq, said the press spokesman for the White House recently, that the decision of the Iraqi government is up to the Iraqi people to decide how it should be its own mapping, adding that the Obama administration would prefer that Iraq 's political leaders to work together to find political solution.
Regarding the proposal in 2006 by Sen. Joe Biden to divide Iraq into three Sunni areas and the Shiite and Kurdish Ernst explained that " the direct route - from the standpoint of this administration - to counter the threat Daesh is to unite this country around a political agenda to give every citizen a stake in the future and success." In a commentary published on the cover of Time magazine entitled " The End of Iraq," Ernst admitted that the concept of division is not clear , a new concept, but he acknowledged the seriousness of the imposition of external solutions to the Iraqi people. According to a report Time magazine, the new Shiite state, heading south where up to Kuwait, withheld vital areas such as to also reach the annexation of some parts of the north - east of Saudi Arabia, while observers considered this default geographic expansion in Waltham map, aim to deceive the Shiites that took Baghdad will compensate them for land of Saudi Arabia includes Iraq.!
For its part , Western reports that the previous US administration all equipped with a serious plot to divide Syria into separate entities .ozkrt documents from the White House managed to Western newspapers to get them, because according to this scenario would leave the Syrian president, Bashar al- Assad 's office before March 2017. In the document there plan formulated by an international meeting on Syria in Vienna last November and adopted by the United Nations later. The plan requires that Syria is witnessing presidential and parliamentary elections in 2017 , Ott that the transitional authority to manage the country 's affairs until this date. The United States is waiting for Assad to leave office in March 2017, as well as close advisers. If this really happened, Assad will have left after more than five years of a US attempt to overthrow him.

Huh? Although this article sounds rather complicated in its detailed description, it makes some sense in that the methodology of Iraq's situations concerning the differing ethnic groups, I.e., Shite,Sunni, and Kurdish groups they feel would be better to have separate states within each government be it Syria, or Iraq. The only confusion is if while dividing the separate states are they in some way merging parts of Syria with Iraq? I really don't see that happening, but I can see a future since neighboring governments entry and exit between the two becoming easier, especially in Kurdish and/or Turkish boundaries. I find it however somewhat difficult for the Shite area boundaries between Syria and Iraq considering the boundary location differences between each government's boundaries. Now the Sunnis, being the fact Kuwait is Sunni, and many Sunnis are in southern Iraq, Mosul, southern Syria, that too makes a compatible boundary for the Sunnis of both Syria, Iraq, and Kuwait, as well as for entry and exit for those Sunnis from which is mostly Sunni people! So, will they divide those governments by merging them, I doubt it, but, anything is possible. IMO

Was this Obamas plan? Or is this what Trump wants????

Its was probably a George Bush plan then it was pick up by Joe Biden. Who put it together is non issue... but in the overall scheme of things it for folks of different nationally to live in Peace in different area's..it prevents as they say in overseas lingo Sectarians issue, which if this was the issue in the USA it would be called Racism...either way it a path for folks to live in harmony...and more then likely gives a path to Independence to the Kurds under one roof..folks that why the Iraq Dinar has multiple languages on it which represents those same 3 regions which is of the subject...even the Iraqi constitution represents all sectarians, even if they don't live in Iraq....

GM Master Yota and all of DV.

Please, if I may try to explain what is being Lost in Translation here. They are not talking about making three separate countries from Iraq or multiple countries in Syria they are talking about making three separate states in Iraq, somewhat like the states in the United States of America. Independent of each other and the federal government yet United together under one flag. The theory being that this would have the possible effect of dividing the racial sectarian strife.

Doesn't Bagdad need the oil that the kurds control???

Oil the same way, all these pipelines running to this and that country, they will make a profit as well. I been looking for a article that states what I just stated coming from Abadi. Iraq is the center and the guardian of revenues, in which then it gets spread out fairly to the other provinces...wish i can find that article...

Yota i did not mean that they were going to divide iraq up into 3 basically separate countries. They have the right under the constitution to form regions ( or you can call them states), just like kurdistan, but the difference is that kurdistan has its own parliament. These regions if formed will have provincial governments that will still answer to baghdad, they will not be semi_autonomous like kurdistan. That is why they are working on the 3rd amendment to law 21 of 2008 that gives the powers to the provinces and regions instead of it all being governed by the government. It gives the oil and gas producing provinces their share of the budget form oil from their prospective provinces or regions and distributes it fairly based upon population and also the provinces that dont have oil or gas, there would be a division of what that province or region produces. ;)

But i do have to state that in my opinion i dont really see this happening because many sunni's live in shiite areas and many shiites live in peace in sunni areas. So there would be a whole geographical location change and that would cause nothing but headaches and that is what the national reconciliation document is for also. They are trying to make sure that anbar and nineveh province are not divided up. jmo of course
