Q: How do I seek permission to reproduce an article or photograph from the Guardian or Observer?

A: It is free to link to a Guardian website article, but if you wish to reproduce material you need to seek permission from our syndication department, you can do this by clicking on the ‘reuse this content’ link at the bottom of each article.

My personal experience ( fwiw)......In the past as some of you may remember I used to copy  & paste entire articles  either from The Telegraph and then from the Guardian...At different times then I was contacted by Mr.Montana who let me know that   The Telegraph first  and then the Guardian told him that whenever one of their articles is posted here  should not be in their entirety but  only header, first lines of articles and eventually a pic....They evidently want  to get  all the  traffic possible to their sites....Fine with me....

 

I obeyed this decision ( on both papers) as soon as I got informed and I followed these simple directives ever since

Then of course I sometimes  post  entire articles from other papers but since  I never got notice of any complaints or bans  ( so far)  I once in a while post articles from those papers in their entirety   until told to act differently

I've come to the conclusion, that not only is Umbertino a coward, but suffers such as a symptom of the disease of Liberalism.  As LGD has figured out, the severe form of this disease manifests itself into insanity... with the purpose of spreading that form of chaos toward others.  It is curable... but only to those that accept and engage in exploring objective truth.  This leads us to another unfortunate conclusion... the only way to explore respectful discussion, is to be literate enough to participate.  From the extent of, or lack of, his participation... it's quite evident that he is inept.  Illiteracy is the common diagnosis.  I do not say this in jest... it is truly a sad reality in the Liberal world... and one of the main reasons for indoctrination.  For all we know, he is a clueless Millennial on the internet,  Just becuase he can type a little and post links doesn't mean he is literate.  He needs serious help. Shabs, as a Christian we are not to remain silence when the enemy is forceful in his attempts to destroy.  We as Christian must not hate our enemies, (pray for them) but recognize them as the enemy, we will fight them if we or our families, property, freedoms etc. are threaten, at the same time we still can be decent and courtesy.  As Christians we are obligated to defy his actions.  We are beyond the democratic and republican parties, its the spiritual battle we are up against, this spiritual battle is within mankind.

1.  Yota purposed a question and also gave a answer.  The biggie here is that Umb let Yoga and all of us know how he managed to bring this info with out breaking the rules of the telegraph or the guardian and most importantly here, the rules of this site, Adam Montana.  Apparently Mr Montana has NO quips about the news that Umb brings.

2.  Personally, I believe that Umb respects everyone here.  He certainly has every reason in the world to snark everyone of us for the way he has been talk to, talked about and put out to dry.  In other words he has turned his cheek with every disrespectful snarl that has been growled at him.  I believe Umb was lending a helping hand that he felt wanted some answers.

3.  There are some of us who DO give a damn and this continued moaning, groaning and complaining has become something you people apparently obsess about now.  You have failed in your attempts and your total disrespect for him so why not give it a break?  What drives you to treat any human being this way. ?

4.  We all here scoff at the left and the snowflakes but in reality WE are no different when we continually cry, whine and pout cause we haven't the control over another.

Sorry Barb... but your concern is once again misplaced.  

We seek respect from other members, not blatant contempt.  What drives us to "treat another human being this way?"  Self-preservation, and frankly the desire for HONEST Decency.

He has NEVER responded in the six plus years I've known him... and my (as well as others') attempts to kindly and respectfully engage him go back that far.  That is no longer.  So, it has nothing to do with "turning the other cheek"...  LGD even reached out with extreme loving kindness.  Nothing.  That's contempt.

"Obsession" for decency, respect, discussion, and the TRUTH is an imperative for most people who don't stick their heads in the sand. It's not complaining, it's confrontation.  It's not a waste... It's called vigilance.  This IS empowerment.

It is not what WE do to Umbertino everyday... it is what HE does to US!  He is the ONLY ONE that behaves this way.  That "uniqueness" does not make him immune to criticism.

Those that "ignore" such contempt for fellow members, are simply enabling him.  The same goes for those that support or make excuses for him.

Frankly... I'm surprised at your own willingness to be subjected to it,  And you are... because you're aware.  Perhaps YOU should put him on ignore, so as not to witness good people getting spit on everyday.

For so long we the people have been deceived by individuals that we have trusted. No more!!! if you want to call it whining, moaning, complaining and disrespect, then that is definitely your choice.  Again, I say, in order to know your enemy, you have to know their tactics.  Umb has shown his tactic.  I don't judge Umb, I judge his tactics. You have to remember Umb chooses to put himself in this position.  Respect is earned, and Umb has lost that respect from some.  I know it can be annoying to you on how Umb is treated here, but that role can be switch to Umb has purposely been disrespect towards members.  

Your kindness is understandable, we are all to be Christ like, but your willingness to trust too readily could be a set-back of judgement on how deep evil can go.

Jax, I'm so glad you were so quick to respond.  As you are well of here Umb didn't even start this thread but was quick to respond with info he had learned and was willing to help with the most honest answer he could give.  At this point, whether he does anything nice or good you only have disdain for him.   When a man is wrong, disagree but when he offers help do we still kick him in the head and discard his helping hand?   I've read too many of your post to think that you have that much hate that you are not willing to accept another when they try to help.  I disagree with you on this one but that doesn't mean that I dislike you and look to find everything I can to kick you to the curb.  As a fellow human being, I can accept and respect your feeling as I would hope you would mine..  Changes come everyday, encouragement and explanations of ones beliefs must be shared for one to see another's point of view.    Perhaps the harshness and constant disrespect that has been given could be better received if there was a shoe of care.  Just a thought

Barb... you don't seem to be comprehending.  Umbertino was one of my first friends here.  At first I thought he was just shy... but we know that's not the case.  THE SHOE OF CARE has been offered dozens upon dozens of times... don't you understand?  It has only been thrown back at us in his contempt.  How is that a two-way street of caring?

Let me be clear... As others are extremely concerned about the content of his posts, what finally put me over the top was his disdain and contempt for US fellow members by NEVER engaging.  This is what annoys me the most... because in that, lies the confirmation of a very nasty, evil agenda.

Look at us... you and me... We are discussing, discovering, confronting... sharing.  THAT's what friends do.  That's what respectful fellow members do here.  That's what makes us a fun, kind, and caring family...

Even when I do, I just don't have the heart to continue to be that cruel to another.  And you are wrong, I do understand what you're saying and if this is what you and others find your happiness in, then you just keep on keeping on.  It's not where I find mine.    There's more of ya here that feel this away about Umb than the few that dislike but like you I have to stand for what I believe.  And I disagree with the treatment not the dislike of his articles but the treatment

First and foremost, I have never looked the other way and I personally resent this acquisation comknfg from you.  If I walked away I would have never replied to this thread to begin with.  And as far as " bad person" that is your assertion, not mine.
