Alsumaria News / Baghdad confirmed Rafidain Bank , Sunday, that the thefts that have occurred to the bank is an old and circulation of a new goal to discredit him, noting that the concerned authority to broadcast news of this kind is the press office of the bank after obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Finance.  The media of the bank in a statement Alsumaria News received a copy of it , "observed recently that some media circulation of news about trying to robberies of bank branches in amounts of up to billions of dinars , " noting that "most of the news that has been circulating in recent months about the thefts occurred in the some branches are old news and some dating back to 2007. "         Clearly , the office said "the concerned authority to broadcast news of this kind is the press office of the bank after obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Finance that the bank is the first entity that detects attempts of theft , whether through counterfeit instruments or electronic clearing and then informing the judicial and legal authorities concerned to make the necessary."  The office added that " the deployment of this news in the media in this period is intended to offend and defame the bank , " calling some parties "not to publish news of others based on the facts and coordination with the Information Office of the Bank to provide them with the things above mentioned."  The bank suffered during the last period to theft by some of the staff or customers through fraud carried out.

Twilight News / Rafidain Bank on Sunday called on some of the media to be accurate in the circulation of news affecting his reputation, particularly with regard attempts occurrence of theft and misappropriation of funds in some of its branches.

Press office of the bank said in a statement responded to the Twilight News, he noted recently that some media circulation of news about trying to robberies of bank branches in amounts of up to billions of dinars.

 The statement stressed that the concerned authority to broadcast news of this kind is the Information Office of the bank after obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Finance that the bank is the first entity that detects attempts of theft, whether through counterfeit instruments or electronic clearing and then informing the judicial and legal authorities concerned to make the necessary. He explained that most of the news that has been circulating in recent months about the thefts have occurred in some of its branches are old news and some dating back to 2007 and published in the media in this period is intended to offend and defame the bank.

{Baghdad} Euphrates News said the Bank of Iraq, on Sunday, that all the thefts that took place in the branches of the bank and announced date back to 2007.

He called the bank said in a statement, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, "some of the media to be accurate in the circulation of news affecting his reputation, particularly with regard attempts occurrence of theft and misappropriation of funds in some of its branches."

Thanks Yota for all the great post this morning. Man it looks so very promising. And I am with you Wiljor, M's name has to be in there somewhere. Him and his family members. Curious to see where they are able to pull the funds back from, wherever and to whomever they were transferred to. Great thing about the dinar, you can't carry that much so you have to transfer it. IMO of course.

Lorre, Yup agree the is what all media does all over the world and it will continue.  However,  Rafidain Bank needs to publish the names so that all of Iraq know who stole & embezzled the country's wealth.  Bring their arses to justice ASAP.
