SWITZERLAND SELLS $98M ENCRYPTED TELEPHONES TO IRAQ

Iraq, January 9, 2017  Switzerland last year authorised a $98-million order for the sale of encrypted telephones to Iraq, according to a report from Swissinfo. The devices, which could be used for both civilian or military purposes, were received by an Iraqi civilian government ministry. Sounds like some high speed phones for $98 million purchased & received by Iraqi Gov't.

When I was with WorldCom/MCI we tried to put up towers and no matter what we did every tower would be striped for parts within a week. Eventually they scrapped the whole idea.
