Rashed explained that "the General Company for Post and savings founding was based on the vision of the Ministry based communications on scientific grounds fit with its plan to develop the postal work and savings and elevate it to its services in developed and developing countries, especially after the clear evolution in the field of communications and information technologies, which in turn led to change the postal work. "

The Council of Ministers has approved during its regular in (the 13th of December, the last in 2016), the General Company for Post and savings in the Ministry of Communications established.

This in comparison to going to a bank transferring funds for a big fee or HCH that takes days , weeks depending on when you start the process.
