If this is true...

It looks like Citibank is unloading IQD at a unofficial lower rate to hard up Dinarians, hoping to cash in as a future better rate comes out.

This would be a way to go if you are desperate and need cash now, yet have plenty of reserve IQD to exchange later at a better rate.

Exchange rate is 0.2507 cents

I'm in the parking lot trying to find a friend that has had an account for 6 months. you have to have an established account...6 months. I can't exchange...I haven't had an account for 6 months
