It just doesn't say, "and all you guys in the US are going to the bank real soon now." But it says just about everything else.

Interesting. Luigi...find some REAL news sources. Budget is still in review and they HOPE to do a final vote on Wednesday. And oh, by the way, the moon is made of cheese.
