It is expected to announce the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in the coming weeks, the details and the date of introduction of the new version of the banknotes and coins, to the Custodian of the Two Holy King Salman bin Abdul Aziz .  And it completed the development Monetary Agency notes and coins of the new currency in accordance with the best technical specifications and stronger security tags and the highest international quality standards.  Will be in the coming weeks, the announcement of the date of introduction of new currencies through the media before traded well in advance, with reference to the Monetary Authority has already confirmed the absence of intention to issue a banknote from the ground category riyals.

Yota Thanks,  DV, The articles states that the new notes, coins have already been completed and only waiting on a release date based on my understanding.   Why all of a sudden Saudi-Arabia, Iran (Arch Enemies) who are vigorously making all efforts to change to a new currency and who knows maybe a much "stronger currency" since Iraq may be vying for the strongest currency in the region.....Yes Yes...Please Please Please let it be true.....3+ return to its "Former Glory" but will settle for 1:1 then take off like a "SpaceShip" to a new planet...
