The opening offers the sale and purchase of foreign currency in the window of the Central Bank of Iraqon 5/12/2016 and the results were as follows:

Hopefully, the auctions will go down due to removal of corruption from the currency auctions, too.  Looks like the international banking standards could be in place with the modern and state of the art communications could also be running.  Maybe there will be more news on corrupt actors being identified, indicted, and prosecuted in the near future.  This would be very good.
