4/12/2016 0:00  BAGHDAD / Esra Samurai  completed the Ministry of Communications ,Ministry of Education project «e - governance» Special in order to facilitate the completion of transactions of the citizens, while confirming that this project will ensure the issuance of documents and the school checked electronically.  Senior agent for technical affairs ministry Amir al - Bayati said in a statement to {morning}: that the ministry has completed the private Ministry of Education e -governance project, in order to facilitate the completion of transactions of the citizens electronically, pointing out that this project will ensure the granting of the health of the breasts for documentation of study and approved electronically in coordination with the rest of ministries in order to reduce the momentum the district through periodic revisions of the citizens.  Al - Bayati said that the ministry aims through it to take advantage of modern technology in the completion of transactions of the citizens, ensuring routed accurately and use of time and effort, in exchange for easing momentum in some circles, pointing at the same time that the e - governance project will enable citizens to promote their transactions through the website mail of your government department.  He said al - Bayati said the ministry had already called on local governments in all provinces to exploit its infrastructure in order to speed up the unification of the project e - governance in all provinces, pointing out that he has been activated fully in Dhi Qar province, as it became the first province are working in this vital project the level of the country, where the first phase included the initial applications for communication between various government departments and inclusion of all districts, counties and remote areas in the province.  Bayati pointed out that the ministry of infrastructure for the project to government agencies created in a number of provinces, that the useful service and educational institutions in the provinces will provide services to citizens through special applications compatible with the nature of the work of each of them on its website in the Internet.   He said senior agent for Technical Affairs Ministry, there are many programs and applications executed for the communion between the various departments electronically, as well as the application of communication between the school and the student and the guardian is  electronic.  It is said that the project «e - governance», is a system adopted by governments through the use of the Internet to link institutions together, to achieve the accuracy and improve government performance on the one hand, and to facilitate the completion of transactions of the citizens on the other.  The Ministry of Communications has worked during the last term on the development of all data and information centers in the ministries of Defense and Interior to enjoy its privacy linked to the security aspect in the country.
