Twilight News / ministerial crisis cell held a meeting on Sunday, headed by the current chairman of the Federal Government Haider al-Abadi.

Ebadi said in a statement during the beginning of the meeting, said that "this meeting dedicated to the study of the level of accomplishment achieved in lending for industrial and agricultural projects, housing initiative and examine the challenges and problems facing the process to address them."

The statement said that "the cell has taken a number of important decisions to facilitate lending measures in the sectors of industry and agriculture, including the inclusion of agricultural and industrial investment projects, industrial cities and reviewing decisions to allocate land for investment projects, and speed up the completion of transactions without delay."

On the other hand, he stressed Abadi, according to the statement on "measures to move payments to contractors and farmers and the completion of audits by the relevant authorities as well as the activation procedures and encourage and support investment, including in particular the work of the single window."

Cell and it stressed the "obligation to adopt a tax identification number and the issuance of the tax and to intensify efforts to complete the establishment of Audit and Inspection of customs locations and tighten control over their performance requirements."

A statement by his office received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that " the ministerial crisis cell meeting on Sunday was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, who confirmed that the meeting is dedicated to the study of the level of accomplishment achieved in lending for industrial and agricultural projects, housing initiative and examine the challenges and problems facing the process to address them. " 
The statement pointed out that " the cell has taken a number of important decisions to facilitate lending measures in the sectors of industry and agriculture , including the inclusion of agricultural and industrial investment projects, industrial cities and reviewing decisions to allocate land for investment projects, and speed up the completion of transactions without delay."

Twilight News / Council of Ministers held an additional session on Sunday evening under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.

According to a statement issued by the Information Office of Ebadi said the session devoted to discussion of the draft provincial and district council elections law which has hosted members of the Electoral Commission have been put up problematic issues in the law to achieve the integrated enterprise law and presented to the House of Representatives.

The statement said the cabinet voted on a draft provincial elections law, districts after conducting a number of amendments.

{Baghdad} Euphrates News announced the Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Sunday, the cabinet vote on a draft provincial elections law.

According to a statement of the Office, the agency {Euphrates News}, a copy of it, that " the Council of Ministers received a contract today, the extra session , headed by Haider al - Abadi, the session was devoted to discussion of the draft provincial and district council elections law, which has hosted members of the election commission was put up problematic issues in the law to reach to the integrated enterprise law and presented to the House of Representatives. " 
The statement pointed out that the Council "voted on draft provincial and district council elections law after a number of amendments to it."
