Problem with - IBC Basics, Details, and Answers - AUDIO TRAINING

Hello,

I have just been advised that I am eligible to access Mr. Montana's "IBC Basics, Details, and Answers - AUDIO TRAINING" topic.  When I click to it (1) the formatting is messed up and when I try to click on any of the links I get a (2) 404 error message.
