SubjectivePuzzlePiece
I already called my doc and set appointment to get labs done. i thought I was dying and it was intense. Last night a little after 5...I was outside thankfully a friend was with me...the first thing I felt was intense stomache nausea that came out of nowhere...then my head got heavy and simultaneously my peripheral was getting dark my lips were numb and intense prickling I saw those golden flakes in my eyes from to much pressure and it felt like my face was being vacuumed from the inside...I was stumbling around...then I saw red that's when my friend said my face is red...I could feel it swelling with pressure...then it passed...by this point I'm sitting on the ground and the worst part of it was over... My friend now said I was very pale...so I just laid on the ground and recouped thanking my lucky stars I wasn't dead. I seriously thought I was dying! Intense. So I finally need to find away to detach emotionally from issues, so I am so not going to follow any more politics or scandals for right now. I'm an emotional type so I need to figure out how to let thoughts pass without marrying any emotions to it. Wanted to share that story. Cuz it's a reality check for me. i technically don't know if it was a stoke but when I googled and web md the symptoms that is what kept popping up...there was also a flush (emptying) sensation in my chest...I was very aware of everything that was happening. I just laid down after that cuz I was whipped. Thought i I would share that. I read that a second stroke is more likely now if I don't change my ways. I'm already a high anxiety person...gotta chill more. ☀️🌸

SubjectivePuzzlePiece
It was the arteries that move blood up to my head so that was blocked somewhere between my chest and neck for sure. Maybe even between my stomache and neck cuz the first thing I felt was extreme nausea like I wanted to throw up but couldn't...
Whatshername
Take good care of yourself Brandy... give your brain a negativity vacation! It sounds like you've been through a lot since you flattened our world! Take a break from blowing your own mind! Lol! Look away from the dark and spelunk NO rabbit holes for a while. Light and Bright! Focus on the positive and count your blessings at every opportunity. Turn off the TV. You're creative... create something beautiful. Plan a trip. Look up an old friend. Mend a fence. Check on an elderly family member. Oh wait... that's my list! Well, it's working for me! Hope all goes well. Let us know if we need to send some up.
FlyHi
Peace get checked out by doc or specialist to confirm the extent of the TIA but refuse their medications. Check out alternative health areas for that. Follow WHN advice and chill, relax and enjoy your friends

I am def not going to take their drugs...I understand that I need a lifestyle change and not their "symptom hiding/numbing" methods. Thank you for your thoughts. 😌
FlyHi
Good for you Brandy. Just take it easy until that time rolls around....it is a long way out. Below is a link to a fairly trusted Dr Mercola. He always gives good reasons/science for his ideas that are not main stream. http://everlast.mercola.com/r/?id=h69dc7794,fdab980,102a4207&et_cid=DM127149&et_rid=1776056212 Basically if one can eliminate sugar and High GI carbs from the diet (soda; alcohol; bread & donuts etc), then the insulin effect is decreased. Also Sugar is the enemy with regard to cholesterol as it causes blood wall vessel irritation that aids in cholesterol accumulating at that point. Another contributing factor is chlorine, Swimming in a pool can dramatically cause cholesterol to plaque and become "sticky", this adds to the BP woes! You know the basics. Get trim; quit smoking; decrease stress in your life; meditate; decrease caffeine; exercise regularly; eat lots of soluble fibre whole foods (oranges, beans etc); decrease salt in diet (ok to use Himalayan salt), or conversely increase potassium (eat bananas!); Eat foods high in flavanoids (berries, pomegranate; dark chocolate!); use natural probiotics such as raw milk yogurt, kefir, kombuchi, sauerkraut, miso soup etc; tomatoes/red wine/olive oil/garlic (think Mediterranean); krill oil and omega 3 fish; raw nuts; green & white tea; avocados'; apples; beet; coconut oil There you go...that lifestyle choice will cost a fortune but will be for your good health! As always - pretty good suggestions ( but we'll talk about the flavonoids and fiver another time...). diet can be key in SO many things. I just posted this on another post - but think it bears repeating - a great site that talks about insulin and its tie to HMG-CoA reductase - which controls the body's demand for cholesterol. http://www.diagnosisdiet.com/food/cholesterol/ A good sight for doing some research.

Had some serious heart issues a few years back and found alternative perspectives on how bodies work and the folks that knew how to implement then. Years later, I'm drug free and fully functional. It did require some major lifestyle changes for me though. Taking care of yourself is an important priority.
brob
Consider goIng to a private hospital for a CT abdomen to rule out a AAA, and definitely get a CT brain. At this point you'll need an MRI. Best of luck. I wish you well

If you liked that - I think you'll love this one. I've been trying to tell people this for years...most food grade anitoxidants (which a lot of vitamins are) are too big to get into the cell and only work in the blood stream. Cellular antioxidants (glutathione, SOD and catalase) are primarily produced by the body - and they are the ones protecting the mitochondria and cellular damage. http://www.trutv.com/shows/adam-ruins-everything/blog/adams-sources/adam-ruins-nutrition.html
