I tried sending email to VIP and support and got the following message:  I have a message in the support tab (not sure what else to try).

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

  pipe to |/home/dinarsup/public_html/support/crons/pipe.php
