Special Agent Exposes FBI’s “Appalling” Handling Of Hillarious’s Email Invesigation

Throughout the FBI’s investigation into the unauthorized private email server setup of former Secretary of State Hillarious
Clinton, it was suggested by some that agents and investigators might resign and start talking publicly if the agency
ultimately declined to pursue criminal charges against Clinton.

FBI Director James Comey did indeed decide not to recommend charges against Clinton, and it now looks like at least
some agents were so upset by the outcome that they were preparing to go public with what they know, according to
an interview with anonymous agents obtained by The Daily Caller.

“This is a textbook case where a grand jury should have (been) convened but was not. That is appalling,” declared an
unnamed FBI special agent who has handled criminal public corruption cases. “We talk about it in the office and don’t
know how Comey can keep going.”

The agent was also amazed that Clinton’s house wasn’t searched or other devices seized as part of the investigation,
something that is fairly standard for the FBI to do.

“We didn’t search their house. We always search the house. The search should not just have been for private
electronics, which contained classified material, but even for printouts of such material,” he continued.

“There should have been a complete search of their residence,” he added. “That the FBI did not seize devices is
unbelievable. The FBI even seizes devices that have been set on fire.”

But apparently not ones smashed by hammers.

Another agent took issue with Comey’s repeated references to “we” or “I’ve been an investigator” in his public
comments about the investigation, noting that Comey has been a lifelong attorney and political appointee as head of
the FBI with no investigatory experience to speak of, something not lost on the agents on the ground doing the actual
hard work of piecing cases together for the lawyers.

“Comey was never an investigator or special agent,” the second unnamed agent explained. “The special agents are
trained investigators and they are insulted that Comey included them in ‘collective we’ statements in his testimony to
imply that the SAs agreed that there was nothing there to prosecute.”

“All the trained investigators agree that there is a lot to (be) prosecuted but he stood in the way,” he added. “The idea
that (the Clinton email case) didn’t go to a grand jury is ridiculous.”

The notion that angry FBI agents were preparing to spill all was seemingly confirmed recently by statements from D.C.
attorney Joe DiGenova in an interview with WMAL, in which he said, “People are starting to talk. They’re calling their
former friends outside the bureau asking for help. We were asked today to provide legal representation to people
inside the bureau and agreed to do so and to former agents who want to come forward and talk.

“Comey thought this was going to go away. It’s not. People inside the bureau are furious. They are embarrassed,” he
continued. “They feel like they are being led by a hack but more than that they think he’s a crook. They think he’s
fundamentally dishonest. They have no confidence in him. The bureau inside right now is a mess.”

“The most important thing of all is that the agents have decided that they are going to talk,” he added.

And we are more than ready to listen to whatever they have to say — but we hope they hurry up and say it before
Nov. 8.

***///

The depth and breadth of the criminality is SO epic it's hard for some to fathom....

So they laugh it off, spiral into complete denial, feel helpless and

say "tsk, tsk, that's just politics", or try to justify it with some warped reasoning...

It's sick.  It's criminal.  It's WRONG.

To clean up such a huge and complex mess is going to take a miracle.
