Alsumaria News / Basra suggested the local government in the province of Basra, on Friday, a package of vital projects to the World Bank for funding, while the bank confirmed it was studying the proposed projects to evaluate it and make sure the needs of citizens have. The governor said Majed Nasraoui during a joint press conference held today in Basra hotel international and attended by Alsumaria News, " the local government has offered the World Bank funding for a number of vital projects in Basra, and the priority we gave to the projects of water, electricity, health and education sectors , " noting that "what is important is the speed of implementation of these projects to their importance in the improvement of basic services."       For his part, the regional director of the World Bank uniquely Belhah said during the conference that " the Bank will send a team of experts to evaluate the proposed projects to be studied and reported in order to take the funding decision , " explaining that "this kind of support to Basra would be unconditional, it will be open to a deal characterized by clarity and transparency.
