Thank You Yota . Good Morning DV's . I've been thinking about this article . I paid it no mind that they are using presently circulated dinar to purchase the old coins and pre 2003 notes . What are they using to purchase 2003 to 2013 dinar notes with ????? And what does (CBE) stand for ??? Central Bank of Erbil ???

720000/100 equal 720 dinars gold per 1 dinar.

So 720 dinar/1190dinars(1dollar) equates to .60 dollars per dinar

Navira, I’m a little confused. Where the 100 come from?

Thanks in advance.

720.000 IQD for 100 dinar coin weighing 15 grams.

720,000 IQD/ 1190 = $605 dollar for 100 dinar coin weighing 15 grams

$605 / 15 grams = $ 40.3 per gram or 48,000 IQD per gram

Todays gold price per gram is $41.51 dollars
