Confirmed that the approval cancels all previous agreements
BAGHDAD / Omar Abdel Latif ,
revealed the Commission on oil and energy andnatural resources in the House ofRepresentatives about the presence of four points of contention between the federal government and the Kurdistan region hinder theapproval of oil and gas law. At the time the Commission confirmed that the approval will cancel all the agreements that came before him, including the oil agreement between thecenter and the region, it showed that the political blocs in the parliament failed to reach agreement on what came in the Constitution to Articles 111 and 112 of the Constitution's Republic of Iraq to control the oil wealth. 

Committee chairman Ares Abdullah , MP from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan ( PUK ) , in an interview for the "morning": that " the oil agreement between the center andtemporary province until the approval of oil and federal gas law , " stressing that "this agreement committed both sides need to be implemented during this phase, especially when inserted in one of the state budget items. "
he Abdullah expressed hope that" can the House of Representatives approval of oil andfederal gas law to overcome all outstanding oil problems between the federal government on the one hand and the Kurdistan region and the oil - producing provinces on the other hand. " 

for his part, said a member of the Commission Badr parliamentary bloc Razak mheibes Saadawi, the "morning": that " the four contentious points between the center and theregion hindered approval of oil and gas law , as well as non - arrival of the government to the House of Representatives." 

He stressed Saadawi the intention of the Commission to "have its work during theremaining two years of Omar parliament focused on the completion of important legislation , "noting that" one of the most important laws that must acknowledge during the next phase of oil and gas law and the national oil company and the project metals investment and natural resources other law is oil and gas in the country. I was just thinking - what's worse; the insufferable 13 years of waiting for the RV or French Kissing a Camel ? The Jury is still out on this decision. however, maybe I should buy Chapstick just in case.
