St. Louis Fed to hire hundreds

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is looking to fill more than 200 positions over the next two years.

The need for workers is being fueled primarily by the growth in business services at the bank, particularly on behalf of the U.S. Treasury, officials said.

The St. Louis Fed will host a career fair Sept. 1 to meet candidates interested in working for the bank. At the fair, attendees will be able learn more about the bank's mission and culture as well as specific job openings such as project manager, bank examiner, general manager, analyst, database administrator, data scientist and software architects.

The career fair will be held 5:30-8 p.m. Sept. 1 at the St. Louis Fed, at Locust and Broadway downtown. For more information go here.

All registrants must present a photo ID, such as a valid government-issued ID, and will be required to undergo X-ray screening and metal detection, similar to airport security procedures, before entering the building.       http://www.bizjournals.com/stlouis/news/2016/08/26/st-louis-fed-to-hire-hundreds.html
