Looks to me the CBI is making an effort to meet the IMF requirement to liberalize the foreign exchange.

More good news…compliance!

I see the CBI taking steps to meet the conditions stated in the IMF Stand by Agreement.

Of course the sooner the CBI meets them, the sooner they can move to Article VIII!
