Wow Yota, I can't wait to see the 2nd part of that post brother. The pressure is on Iraq to complete these important details,  HCL being at the top of the list. The close of this month could be interesting as IMF, WB etc... are forcing Iraq to implement important laws and comply with their terms and conditions.

Thanks Yota. They have been tweaking and massaging the HCL for years. I can't imaging them reinventing the HCL wheel. If that is true, they could effectively get this done quickly. Baghdad is desperate for money. They need Kurdish oil production bad. At a certain point you have to think both sides are tired of wrangling over this and want to get it done and move on. Let's all hope so. Fingers, eyes, toes crossed.
