Yota Thanks, GM DV, It seems that the IMF set conditions for the Oil deal with GOI / KRG to be resolved in order to receive additional loans.  Let's hope they will all concur and get this "HCL" completed asap. Hopefully next week...??

Wow Yota, I can't wait to see the 2nd part of that post brother. The pressure is on Iraq to complete these important details,  HCL being at the top of the list. The close of this month could be interesting as IMF, WB etc... are forcing Iraq to implement important laws and comply with their terms and conditions.

Thanks Yota. They have been tweaking and massaging the HCL for years. I can't imaging them reinventing the HCL wheel. If that is true, they could effectively get this done quickly. Baghdad is desperate for money. They need Kurdish oil production bad. At a certain point you have to think both sides are tired of wrangling over this and want to get it done and move on. Let's all hope so. Fingers, eyes, toes crossed.

Revealed the parliamentary finance committee member Ahmed Sarhan, Monday, about the existence of a dedicated loan for ages Middle East countries "respect" of Iraq by the World Bank, the government did not move it.

Ahmed said L / balance News /, "The World Bank allocated for the reconstruction of the Middle East regions of $ 20 billion," stressing that "the government will not move about it until now."

And on the lack of consultation with the Finance Committee by the Ministry of Finance regarding the loans, the ministry considered that "this administrative matter parliamentary committee does not belong."
