Without knowing your original account display name, there is no way to locate your account. The old login process was changed with the new software. To login, use your old display name (the one that shows up when you post a message) with your old password and you should be able to log in. Not sure where you are sending the emails but they should go to VIP@dinarvets.com. The other problem I noticed is if your sending an email from a yahoo.com account, it is quite possible that yahoo is blocking messages to you from dinarvets.com.  When you do a reset password, the email address you enter must be the one attached to your account or the system does not send you a message. Please do not post personal info in the open forum. Go to my profile (click on my name) and post your info in my status area so I can try to assist you.

If you are using an @yahoo.com email, it will probably go to your spam.

I edited your post to protect your privacy.

I also looked into the support system, and I see that you have been sent several replies, yet you never acknowledge them... this tells me that you are not getting our emails, which is a problem on your email provider's end.

We can't fix this - I advise you to ditch the "@deloitte.com" email and switch to gmail.
