ISIS' worst nightmare is back: Axe-wielding 'Angel of Death' surfaces outside Fallujah and vows to 'pulverize' the militants still in the besieged Iraqi city!

He has long been feared by his ISIS enemies and now Abu Azrael has re-emerged on the front line in Iraq and has vowed to 'pulverize' some more jihadist.

Nicknamed the 'father of archangel of death' in Arabic, Abu Azrael is the poster boy of the Imam Ali brigade, a Iraqi Shi'a militia group sponsored by Iran.

Now the celebrity militant has been spotted participating in the Iraqi forces push to re-capture the ISIS-held city of Fallujah.

The bald fighter was filmed using a large machine gun near the city, which has been heavily besieged by Iraqi government and paramilitary forces.

Abu Azrael appears to be have ditched his famous axe, which he was often photographed carrying onto the battlefield.

Other photos have previously shown the colossal warrior carrying a large sword, fearlessly wandering through the battlefield

As well as posing with his weapons, Abu Azrael also appears to love a selfie and posting short videos of him and his friends relaxing after battle. 

Well known for his sense of humor, one video shows Abu Azrael using a captured ISIS walkie-talkie to taunt and mock the depraved savages of ISIS.

The fighter appears to enjoy giving an insight into his life as a soldier. Previous videos have shown the Iraqi soldier cycling through parts of the Iraqi city of Tikrit.

Another video shows the towering fighter wandering around a captured ISIS bases, taking time to cheekily steal a teapot.
A multitude of stories were claimed about the background of Abu Azrael. Some reports even claim he was once Iraq's national champion in Taekwondo. 

It is possible he was motivated to join the fight after a representative of Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani issued a call to arms in Friday prayers in mid June 2014.

Determined to defend his home and country, Abu Azrael joined the Imam Ali brigade, a Iraqi Shi'a militia heavily supported by Iran.

The militia has previously been seen fighting alongside the Iraqi army in the re-capturing of the Iraqi city of Tikrit.

Take several Apache helos and fit them with agricultural spray booms. Fill the hoppers with hog blood. Have some drones fly over Mosul releasing leaflets in arabic that says: Swine Blood Will Be Raining Down Upon You!

Yep.  That'll work!  The similar concept worked for Black Jack Pershing and our US Troops in the Philippines!  Just a heads up, there is one really bad swear word on a slide 2/3rds the way through but other than that is a good 5 minute view with a cup of coffee.

ISLAMIC STATE CAN'T PAY FIGHTERS

Efforts to choke off the finances of the Islamic State group have left it unable to pay its fighters and spurred corruption within the group, a senior US official said Thursday.

Daniel Glaser, the Treasury's assistant secretary for terrorist financing, told Congress that a combination of bombing attacks on IS cash stores and oil shipments, locking it out of the banking system, and cutting off Iraq government cash flows to IS-controlled areas, has left the group struggling financially.

"As a result of these efforts, ISIL is struggling to pay its fighters and we have seen a number of ISIL fighters leaving the battlefield as their pay and benefits have been cut and delayed," he said, using the US's preferred acronym for Islamic State.

"When we see indications that ISIL cannot pay the salaries of its own fighters and is trying to make up for lost revenue elsewhere, we know we are hitting them where it hurts.... ISIL, like any terrorist organization, needs money to survive," he said.

In written testimony for a House of Representatives committee hearing on security threats, Glaser said the US government's focused attack on the financial resources of Islamic State and other groups the US dubs terrorist have had significant impact.

Al-Qaeda, which has relied traditionally on money transferred from the Gulf region, has felt the result of efforts to block that funding, with the help of financial authorities in Gulf countries, he said.

But he said Gulf states need to do more using domestic laws to freeze funds and assets of suspect groups and individuals.

Glaser also claimed significant successes in cutting off finances for Lebanon's Hezbollah in efforts that have stretched from Asia to Latin America.

"Our actions are creating a hostile operating environment for Hezbollah, raising its costs of doing business, restricting its ability to move funds, and diminishing its revenue base," he said.
