I am not sure but BGG may stand for Blowing Guru Garbage (all over the place).

Just sayin'.

Seems like these folks are misconstruing/misinterpreting the events in Kurdistan region of Iraq.  The entire international community would need to accept Kurdistan currency as being viable.  If I am not mistaken, ISIS was even trying to establish their own currency.  I realize ISIS and Kurdistan are two very different entities and scenarios.  A new currency would be very hard to establish based solely on Kurdistan's merits (IMO).  What would the international rate be for the Kurdistan currency?  On par with the IQD, Vietnamese Dong, Iranian Rial, etc.?  Likely not worth much having.
