What I want to know is how someone could come up with these numbers.  Group A has X amount of dollars worth of dinar.  Since they are saying the group has X dollars of dinar then they (the US Treasury) would have to know the rate!  I don't think even the majority of the Iraqi government knows that.  -Assuming that there is even one yet.
