 Washington / Agencies
Iran's parliament on Monday unanimously approved a draft law against US sanctions against Tehran.
Of the 247 deputies present at the session, 240 voted in favor of the new bill, while no deputy voted against it.
"The new bill is very clever because it does not violate the nuclear agreement and does not allow the counter party to exploit the agreement," said Abbas Araghji, chief Iranian negotiator during a speech in parliament. "This law not only supports sanctions against the US administration and its allies, Iranian armed forces ".
Among the items of the new Iranian law: $ 260 million to support the Iranian missile system, $ 260 million to support the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, responsible for Iranian military operations outside the border, and $ 260 million to implement the two nuclear defense projects and the nuclear fuel engine industry, Arajji that the Iranian government, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, support the new law.
The bill was passed in response to the US Senate bill by tightening sanctions on Iran, which are not related to the nuclear deal. On July 18, the US State Department announced the inclusion of 18 individuals and companies on the sanctions list because of its ties to Tehran's missile program, which Washington sees as contrary to international resolutions.
"The world can not be stable unless it is built on the basis of the principle of equality, In the rights between States, "noting that that did not exempt countries from implementing their obligations to the international community.  Rocket tests in Iran also announced the commander of the base, "Martyr Babay" Air Brigadier "Massoud Roskosh," the success of tests on missiles and new weapons on the fighter F-7 and F-14, revealing the possibilities and new capabilities in the possession of the Iranian air force. After detecting the size and size of the F-14 version, Brigadier General Roskosh said that the F-14 and F-4 fighters had been developed so that they were able to engage in naval battles, announcing the aspirations and projects of the Iranian Ministry of Defense to manufacture stealth aircraft or hidden from Radars. In the context of recent events in the region, specifically Iran, Brigadier General Roskosh stressed that it is necessary for others to understand that Iran does not intend to launch any aggression against any country, but it is ready to respond to any aggression and response overwhelmingly, and if this attack by the countries of the region The Iranian air force is ready for confrontation. For his part, Iranian President Hassan Rowhani said that if America wants to violate the nuclear agreement, the whole world will stand before it and anyone who wants to damage the agreement will harm himself and his country. "What is important in the nuclear agreement is that it was built on the basis of a profit-profit rule, and no more, and it is in the interest of the country, the region and the world, and anyone who tries to harm the agreement will be harmed," President Rowhani said in a statement at the cabinet meeting. Damage to himself and his country, "in the words of the Iranian president. The Venezuelan crisis The Venezuelan government has accused US President Donald Trump of threatening South America's stability by saying that his country has many options in dealing with the Venezuelan crisis, including the option of direct military action. Venezuela's foreign minister, Jorge Ariza, said Trump's promise to launch a military operation against Venezuela was to drag Latin America into internal conflict to destabilize the region. Venezuela "categorically rejects Trump's unfriendly statements." The Mercosur trade bloc, which includes Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil and Venezuela, has refused to use force in Venezuela, according to a statement sent by the Argentine Foreign Ministry a day after Trump threatened military intervention. According to a statement of countries that suspended Venezuela's membership indefinitely last week, dialogue and diplomacy are the only acceptable ways of Mercosur to support democracy in Venezuela. In the same vein, US Vice President Mike Pence visited Colombia amid mounting tensions with neighboring Venezuela and North Korea. Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos is due to meet Monday in a week-long visit to Latin America to discuss the US crisis with Venezuela. A US fighter plane crashed on its stands as a result of a technical fault, noting that there were no casualties. The aircraft movement returned to normal at Bahrain International Airport. Local authorities in Virginia have also announced the crash of a police helicopter in the Charlottesville area, the impact of right-wing clashes with opponents. According to the Associated Press, the incident killed at least two people, while the authorities opened an investigation into the causes of the crash of the helicopter. Riot incident and in the context of talking about the Charlottesville area local authorities announced the deaths of three people, including a woman, when they embarked on a car rammed a group of people came out a demonstration in the city to condemn the extreme right. The security forces were initially unable to contain the clashes in Charlottesville between supporters and opponents of the extreme right. The shock incident prompted US President Donald Trump to condemn the violence, but he avoided taking responsibility for the far-right supporters or their opponents, while the Federal Bureau of Investigation opened an investigation into the incident to find out who carried out the attack. Rohani: Nuclear agreement can be abandoned in hours

The world  August 15, 2017 Comments on Rouhani: nuclear agreement can be abandoned in  1 hours closed visit

Iranian President Hassan Rowhani said on Tuesday that Iran could withdraw from the nuclear deal "within hours" if the United States continued to impose new sanctions on his country.

"Iran can leave the nuclear agreement within hours if the United States imposes other sanctions," Rohani said in a speech to the Shura Council, state television reported. "The new politicians in America should know that the experience of the ban and the failed dictations of their former administration have brought them to the negotiating table, and if they are looking forward to the return of the ball, we will return in a short period, not within weeks or months, Progress from what we were before the start of negotiations, "the semi-official Tasnim news agency reported.

On the administration of US President Donald Trump, Rohani suggested that it was not a reliable partner, referring to the withdrawal of the Trump administration from the Paris climate agreement and the new restrictions on Cuba.

Rohani was one of the key architects of the 2015 nuclear deal with the United States, the European Union and other partners. The deal has lifted most of the international sanctions from Iran in exchange for limiting its nuclear program.

Last month, the United States announced new sanctions against entities and individuals linked to Iran, a day after the Iranian government was committed to the nuclear deal. In response, the Iranian parliament passed a bill on Sunday that sets out plans to "counter America's terrorist actions in the region," Iran's state-owned television station Press TV reported.

The United States has accused Iran of spreading chaos in the Middle East, condemned its support for groups classified by Washington as terrorist, and condemned Washington for Tehran's support of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Rowhani was sworn in for a second term earlier this month and said in his inauguration speech that the United States could not be trusted. "The actions of the United States regarding the implementation of the nuclear agreement show that it can not be trusted. The world must know that any decision on the agreement will face a collective reaction from the people and the government of Iran."

Washington responds to Rohani: We will not allow you to take the world hostage

The Euphrates -

"Iran must take responsibility for its missile tests, its support for terrorism, its disregard for human rights and its violations of UN Security Council resolutions," said Nicky Haley, Washington's delegate to the United Nations.

The US official said in response to Iranian President Hassan Rowhani's threat that his country could withdraw from the nuclear deal with major powers "within hours" if the United States imposed any new sanctions.

"Iran can not be allowed to use the nuclear deal to hold the world hostage, and the nuclear agreement should not be too big to fail," Halley said in a statement. "New US sanctions have nothing to do with the nuclear agreement with Iran."

Halle will go to Vienna next week for talks on Iran's nuclear activities with IAEA officials as part of a review of Tehran's commitment to the principles of a nuclear deal signed in 2015.

"President Trump is not a good or reliable partner," Rouhani told parliament in a televised address. Adding that the United States must remember that what he called the 'failed experience' of sanctions and coercion, is what prompted the administration of former President Obama to negotiate.

Last month, Washington imposed sanctions on a number of Iranian companies that it said were involved in Tehran's ballistic missile program.

On Tuesday night, the United States warned its citizens against traveling to Iran for fear of being 'arrested or arrested'.

US State Department

US State Department names new names on terrorism list, including "men Naqshbandi"

19/08/2017

(Independent). The State Department has included more than 30 leaders and activists who urged under Executive Order 13224 to continue targeting the group to deny it access to the US financial system.

"This listing is part of a broader comprehensive plan, in coordination with a global coalition of 73 members, to push forward and have made significant progress towards this goal," the ministry's spokesman said in a statement.

"This effort by the entire government destroys its safe haven and deprives it of its ability to recruit foreign terrorist fighters, suffocates its financial resources, refutes false propaganda disseminated through the Internet and social media, and helps stabilize the liberated areas of Iraq and Syria so that Displaced people from returning home and begin rebuilding their lives. "

The list includes "individuals who have been recruited by the US Department of State pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224". More than 30 people, including Abu Yahya al-Iraqi, Mohammed al-Issawi, Abdullah Ahmad al-Mashhadani, Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim Ali al-Badri (Abu Doaa)

The list also included a number of organizations that have been associated with Da'ash: the Yarmouk Martyrs Brigade, the Naqshbandi Men's Army

The statement said the State Department is authorized to include foreign terrorist organizations under the Immigration and Nationality Act as well as the list of global terrorists under Executive Order 13224. Only organizations are listed as foreign terrorist organizations.

He explained that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs could include a wider group of people - including terrorist groups, leaders and members of terrorist groups and other individuals and entities who had committed or posed a high risk of terrorist acts - on the list of global terrorists.

The drawbacks of terrorism expose and isolate organizations and individuals as well as deny them access to the American financial system. Incorporation can also support law enforcement activities for US agencies and other governments.

US enlists Iraqi-born ISIS leader in 'Global Terrorist List'

US inserts Iraqi-born ISIS leader in 'Global terrorist list'
US inserts Iraqi-born ISIS leader in 'Global terrorist list'

US Department of State has designated two ISIS leaders, Ahmad Alkhald and Abu Yahya al-Iraqi, as Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs), US Department of State official website said on Saturday.

These designations seek to deny Alkhald and al-Iraqi the resources they need to plan and carry out further terrorist attacks.

Among other consequences, all of Alkhald’s and al-Iraqi’s property and interests in property subject to US jurisdiction are blocked, and US persons are generally prohibited from engaging in any transactions with them.

Ahmad Alkhald is an ISIS bomb-maker responsible for the deaths of numerous civilians in Europe.

He is the explosives chief of the terrorist cell that carried out the November 2015, attacks in Paris and the March 2016, and attacks in Brussels.

A Syrian national, Alkhald traveled to Europe, where he helped plan the Paris attacks and manufacture the explosive belts used in that plot, which killed and injured hundreds of people, including a number of Americans.

Following his return to Syria shortly before the attacks in Paris, Alkhald continued to guide ISIS operatives in Europe on making the bombs used in the March 2016, Brussels attacks.

Alkhald is wanted internationally and a European warrant for his arrest has been issued.

Abu Yahya al-Iraqi, also known as Iyad Hamed Mahl al-Jumaily, is a senior ISIS figure who reports to ISIS leader and designated SDGT Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Al-Iraqi has reportedly played a key role in security for al-Baghdadi and oversees ISIS security in Iraq and Syria.

ISIS has killed hundreds of Iraqi civilians and forced residents to serve as human shields as it has continued to suffer territorial losses throughout 2016 and 2017.

ISIS has demonstrated its continuing ability to conduct massive terrorist attacks with high civilian death tolls.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasimi criticized the new US strategy towards Pakistan, calling on the US administration to stop interfering in the affairs of the countries of the region and the policy of dictating it.

He said that what America owes to other countries today is the result of years of wrong and incorrect policies of this country in the region, especially in Afghanistan, its opportunistic strategies, unilateral policies and its erroneous interventions, which have only exacerbated chaos, tension and the growth of terrorism and extremism in different regions. He added that the countries of the region have the necessary capacities to cooperate in the fight against terrorism and do not need America's destabilizing and terrorism-sponsoring strategies.

The specter of sanctions is pushing global banks to stop dealing with Iran

06-09-2017 04:40 PM

The Euphrates -

An Iranian official has revealed that major international banks are suspending their dealings with Iran under the specter of the return of international sanctions as Tehran continues to violate international resolutions, especially with regard to its support for terrorism and the continued development of its controversial missile program.

A member of the Foreign Investment Committee of Iran, Hussein Saleemi, told the agency 'Mehr', that the major European banks also fear to deal with Iran because of the sanctions expected.

Selimi said that after the news that some companies were fined by SWIFT for violating the sanctions, major international banks are afraid to deal with Iran for fear of being placed on the US sanctions list.

According to the Iranian official, the province was not limited to European banks only, as Chinese banks closed the accounts of many of its Iranian customers for fear of sanctions.

The agency 'ISNA' Iran has confirmed that banks ABC, ICBC and MERCHENT in China closed accounts of Iranians.

The National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Shura (Majlis), confirmed in a report last month that except for some small banks in Europe, major banks refuse banking dealings with Iran.

  • yota691 changed the title to The Washington Post: Trump intends to "not ratify" the Iranian nuclear agreement next week
)Trump plans to "not ratify" Iran's nuclear deal

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - US President Donald Trump will announce next week a "lack of ratification" of an  international agreement with Iran over its nuclear program, Trump said,  " Iran has not lived up to the spirit of the nuclear deal, " he hinted. That he would soon reveal his decision on the agreement.

According to the newspaper, Trump will refer the file of the Iranian nuclear agreement to Congress , according to sources familiar with the White House's new policy towards Iran.

The announcement would be the first step in a process that could eventually lead to the resumption of US sanctions against Iran, which would undermine the deal limiting Iran's nuclear activities.

This will be the first step in a process that could lead to the resumption of sanctions against Iran

"

Trump is expected to deliver a speech, tentatively scheduled for Oct. 12, to formulate a broader strategy to confront Iran, which he accuses of terrorism and instability in the Middle East.

Under what is described as a "stricter and more comprehensive approach," Trump will open the door to amending the historic 2015 agreement that he repeatedly attacked even before he came to power. But for the time being, he will insist on the recommendation that Congress reinstate sanctions on Iran that would cancel the agreement, say four people familiar with the president's ideas.

These sources also draw attention to the fact that the plans are not fully complete and can change. Trump faces a 15-month deadline to present his report to Congress on whether Iran complies with the agreement and whether it is in the national interest of the United States.

Two sources confirm that the main national security advisers agreed in recent weeks to recommend Trump to withdraw confidence from the agreement by October 15, which could lead to a 60-day congressional review to take the next steps. Trump's own decision, however, the newspaper says, will not cancel the deal with Iran, but will launch a countdown to the resumption of US sanctions against Tehran as part of the deal.he White House did not respond to a request to clarify Trump's comments.

Furthermore, the US president said on Thursday that " Iran has not lived up to the spirit of the nuclear deal , " which concluded with world powers, and hinted that he would soon announce his decision on whether to ratify the continuation of the agreement.

According to Trump, during a meeting with military leaders at the White House : " We must not allow Iran ... possession of nuclear weapons " , and added : " The Iranian regime supports terrorism, and the issue of violence, blood and chaos throughout the Middle East. This must put an end to aggression against Iran and continuing ambitions They have not risen to the spirit of their agreement . "

The US president was asked to decide Is the ratification of the continuation of the nuclear agreement or withdraw from it, an individual " you will hear something about Iran very soon " , according to " Reuters".

After Trump addressed the issues of Iran and North Korea with military commanders, photographers snapped pictures of them before dinner, and said that this is a moment "calm before the storm " .

He said after the journalists gathered in the formal dining hall at the White House to take pictures of him and his wife Melania with military base and their wives : " Do you know what my group is represented by this ?, perhaps this is the calm before the storm " . He added : " Any storm? You will discover " .

The White House did not respond to a request to clarify Trump's comments.

If an outcome of not ratifying the nuclear agreement is a lever to get Iran out of Iraq, then this is a really, really good thing for everyone. With the recent appointment of an Iraqi to the UN committee on the Nuclear and Disarmament (or something like that), there could come out specific resolutions from this committee headed by the Iraqi to be presented to the UN Security Council for ratification. May or may not happen but maybe something to watch for to get Iran out of Iraq.

Go Moola Nova!

Trump to cancel nuclear deal with Iran

US president Donald Trump is expected to cancel the international nuclear deal with Iran next week, the Washington Post reported.

The White House said it is not in the national interest of the US.

The move would mark the first step in a process that could eventually result in the resumption of US sanctions against Iran, potentially derailing a deal limiting Iran’s nuclear activities reached in 2015 with the US and five other nations.

But Trump would hold off on recommending that Congress reimpose sanctions, which would constitute a clearer break from the pact, according to four people familiar with aspects of the president’s thinking.

The decision would amount to a middle ground of sorts between Trump, who has long wanted to withdraw from the agreement completely, and many congressional leaders and senior diplomatic, military and national security advisers, who say the deal is worth preserving with changes if possible.

assured Iranian President Hassan Rowhani on Saturday, said that the victory of the Iranian nuclear deal, can not be robbed by US President Donald Trump or other, you can not go back even if it received 10 times the rudder Trump.
"Through nuclear negotiations, Tehran has demonstrated its political capabilities at the global level, as we have made gains from this agreement which can not be reversed even if the rudder is 10 times more than Trump," Rowhani said during a speech marking the opening of the new year of Iranian universities.
"If Trump violates the nuclear agreement, he will face the world's opposition," he said. "What Trump says is that Iran deceived America in the negotiations is not true, and if America breaks the nuclear agreement, it will lose its prestige and credibility in the world."
Rowhani stressed that his country "will not want to possess nuclear weapons, but conducts peaceful nuclear activities," noting that "we in the nuclear negotiations, we proved the strength of Iran not only in war, but in peace as well."
He noted that "the statements in the United Nations during the pre-nuclear agreement were all against Iran, even countries that were allies of Tehran did not defend us properly."
On Thursday, the US president accused Iran of failing to respect the spirit of its nuclear deal with major powers. His comments came after the White House announced that Trump had made a decision on whether to recognize Tehran's compliance with the terms of the nuclear deal and prospects for the United States this deal.

Tehran warns Washington of classifying the Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization and vowing a severe response

Iran on Monday vowed a tough and crushing response if the United States classifies the Iranian Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization.

"We hope that the United States will not commit this strategic error," State Department spokesman Bahram Qasmi was quoted as saying at a news conference.

"If it does, Iran's response will be firm, decisive and overwhelming."

For his part, IRGC chief commander Mohammad Ali Jafari said that Iran would treat the US military as a matter of urgency if the rumors about what he described as "another folly of America's inclusion of the IRGC on the list of terrorist groups" were correct.

"The Revolutionary Guard will consider the US military in all parts of the world, especially the Middle East, as a preacher," Jafari said at a meeting of the Revolutionary Guards Revolutionary Council in Tehran.

Actually, from my point of view, if Mr. Donald Trump as President of the United States of America really want to execute sanction against Iran, 1st, he must help Mr. Haider Abadi to execute reformation in Iraq by using CIA to investigate all corruption in Iraq, help catch all the corrupt criminal, confiscate all corrupt asset and return back all stolen asset to CBI. Current Iran major source of income will be blocked this way.

2nd, there is no need to classifying Iranian Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization because once the main (underground) source of income is blocked, Iran will come back to USA to make another nuclear deal. Instead, it is better focus at cutting Iran influence in Iraq.
