Sorry guys, I've been really tied up with work lately and not on near as much as I used to. My Kurdish friend started working a shift opposite mine so I don't see him very much now but the last time I spoke with him, he said he hadn't heard d anything but if they were going to RV the beginning of the year makes sense to him. he didn't have anything backing up that statement it was just his opinion on the timing when it would probably be most likely to happen..
