Thaiexpat
http://www.businessinsider.com/what-a-nutritionist-eats-in-a-day-2015-9 Before reading this article, please consider the following: 1. How much SUGAR is she putting into her 2. How much other macro-nutrients is she getting (protein, fats) 3. How often she needs to eat 4. How much fruit she's drinking 5. How much exercise she does DAILY Based upon what I read, she is a sugar-junkie! She looks old and unhealthy and espousing unhealthy, party-line crap-n-nonsense. For a comparison, I am a certified nutritionist (besides a doc): Breakfast: 4-6 eggs, smothered in olive/avocado oils, cooked in butter/pig oil, cheese, natto, raw milk yogurt with pieces of fruit, vegetables and avocado Lunch: usually 7 hours later: meat/fish, veggies and fruit (avocado also) dinner: Vegetable and fruit I do BIG breakfasts and taper-off over the day. No eating after dinner, usually 5 pm until the next day at 7 am. A full 12-14 hours of intermittent fasting I dont need to snack because I AINT HUNGRY like our sugar-queen of the article. Exercise: Total time is 45 minutes PER WEEK. I do TABATA 2x per week at 8 minutes each and weight-lifting for 15 minutes, 2 x per week. I am about mid-50's and am ripped and in good health. From time-to-time, I do a Marine Corps PFT and score a 300 (perfect in all 3 categories) UNADJUSTED for age. Last time I tried, I cracked out 34 pull-ups. So the point is: Dont follow anyone who pushes a high carb/grain diet. It doesnt work for long-term health. Consider a Ketogenic or Paleo-like diet plan. This is not "kill a cow a day" diet. It is balanced in the direction of good fats, proteins and carbs without all the sugar this speed-queen does. Give it a try for 30-days and see how you feel. You cant eat some grains while doing this and expect wonderful results. Sugar in combination with fats wont work either. To your health Cheers

Thaiexpat
Butter? Geez! I've been using the local currency to get the girls pants to fall-off! Learn something new everyday! So much info (good) about the health benefits of fats. An internationally-famous doc recently told the audience: If your doc tells you that cholesterol is bad for you, they are 30 years behind the research If your doc tells you that there is good and bad cholesterol, they are 20 years behind the research If your doc tells you that you need to eat less fats, they're IDIOTS! Cheers
