It should now be blatantly obvious that the one missing piece to the whole RV puzzle is

the lack of a HCL Law in Iraq to release the budget funds to the provinces as well as a

myriad other items the HCL benefits.

We have information that much of that has now reached a sufficient point of closure that the

next round of reforms, including the HCL is now in imminent status with the signing of some

documents and. release by the PTB.

We are now in a full countdown to a full blown economic reform introducing the IQD to the

international community.

Oil fell to $40 a barrel yesterday and berry with his deal with Iran they can now start selling THEIR oil in the open market too.

Can you say GLUT Luigi.  

Can Iraq AFFORD a RV at this stage of the game.

They are just fine with the currency auctions paying out at such a large petrodollar rate. The HCA has been in place and there is no need for an HCL in my opinion. They have been operating on the USD for some time.

 

What good would there be in changing the value of the IQD? They don't use it anyway.

Remember they passed the 75k limit on auctions and than revoked it within two weeks? I don't believe they have any intention on making the HCA concrete as in an HCL.

 

What good would there be in changing the value of the IQD? They don't use it anyway. The money has always been in the production of gas and  oil exports. Dollars gentlemen not Dinar.
